Today’s Write With Me is a freewriting exercise. Just sit down with pen and paper (or computer), shut off the phone and all notifications, set a timer for 20 minutes and write. Do not edit, try not to consciously think, just let your hand (or fingers) go on their own.
The prompt is “My hopes and dreams for 2018 are”
When the timer goes off, set your writing aside. Take a walk or do something relaxing (I like to cook), then come back and read what you wrote. What do you notice? What did you learn?
